Yes! Just tell us what you want changed—we’ll work with you until it’s perfect.

If your uploaded photo isn’t clear enough, we’ll email you to ask for a better one.
We use the exact photo you send—make sure it follows our photo tips for best results.

• Digital orders cannot be cancelled or refunded since the portrait is immediately delivered after placing an order.
• Once your artwork is in progress or approved, we can’t make changes.
• If you don’t have a good photo, we can use the original one or give you a gift card.

Artventures portraits are personal and made just for you.

Under EU consumer law, customers usually have 14 days to change their mind after an online purchase. Because our portraits are custom-made and created specifically for each customer, this cancellation right no longer applies once we begin working on your artwork.

For canvas orders, we may still be able to cancel your order if production has not started yet. Please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will gladly check for you.

For digital portraits, delivery begins right away, which means the creative process starts immediately after your order is placed. Digital only orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

Digital Image: Instant Download! It appears on screen after checkout and is sent to your email.

Canvas Print & Light Up Portraits: 7-10 days after purchase  (customs processing may extend delivery times)

Some items ship separately. If something’s missing, just reach out—we’ll help!

Email support@artventures.co with photos and we’ll send a replacement.

Digital Download Orders - Digital Downloads are final sale and not valid for refunds. We offer unlimited revisions until you are happy!

Canvas & Light Up Portrait - Only if it arrives damaged —we’ll replace it for free.

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, since everything is custom-made.

Refunds (when applicable) can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
