Thanks for shopping at ArtVentures.co! Below is everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Production: 2–5 business days (after approval)
Transit: CA/US 2–8d • Intl 7–21d
Tracking: provided on dispatch
What we ship
- Digital art files – delivered by email (no physical shipping).
- Physical products – made-to-order prints, posters, and canvas items.
Processing times
- Digital preview: Instant download after successful payment
- Made-to-order prints & canvas: usually 2–5 business days to produce after you approve the design. Approvals after 12:00 p.m. ET are treated as next business day.
During peak seasons or promotions, production may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you updated by email.
Shipping methods & timing
- Canada & USA: typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.
- International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by country/customs).
- Carriers: Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and DHL.
- Rates: shown at checkout and based on destination, weight, and chosen service.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Shipping fees, duties & taxes
- Shipping fees appear at checkout and are non-refundable once a package has shipped.
- International orders: import duties, taxes, and fees (if any) are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address accuracy & delivery issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Need an update? Email support@artventures.co within 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
- Packages returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed pickup can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office/carrier first.
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the scanned delivery date (or expected delivery for lost parcels) at support@artventures.co with your order number and photos of the packaging/item. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Other details
- Split shipments: We may ship items separately to get them to you faster; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
- Pre-orders & backorders: Estimated ship windows appear on product pages or your confirmation email. Orders ship when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
- PO Boxes & apartments: We can ship to PO Boxes via postal services. For apartments/condos, please include buzzer or unit numbers.
- Holiday cut-offs: We’ll publish cut-off dates for major holidays; approvals after those dates may arrive post-holiday.
